Our Story
The story begins with Emily Parker and Sophie Walker, two roommates whose best friend was a little Cockapoo dog named Poppy. Unfortunately, Poppy had to be euthanized around August 2019 due to cancer. The two roommates realized they hadn't spent as much time as they would have liked with Poppy. The following year, the Poppy boutique was born. The goal of the boutique is to allow you to have good times with your pet. For this, we thank you for your trust. Poppy, we love you very much. ❤️

Warranty Duration
Our quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects and durability issues for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
What the warranty covers:
✅ Manufacturing defects: defective stitching, poorly assembled materials, or visible anomalies upon delivery.
✅ Premature wear: abnormal deterioration within the first 6 months under normal use (excessive tearing, loss of toy structure).
✅ Safety concerns: any issue compromising your dog’s safety under normal toy usage.
What the warranty does not cover:
❌ Normal wear and tear from daily use after 6 months.
❌ Damage caused by excessive chewing (no toy is truly indestructible).
❌ Accidental damage (cuts, crushing by a heavy object, damage caused by another animal).
❌ Product modifications: if the toy has been altered, repaired, or modified by an unauthorized person.
Claim Process:

– A photo or video of the issue
– A brief description of the problem
2️⃣ Product evaluation: We will review your claim and determine if the product is eligible for replacement.

Additional exclusions:

Any attempt at fraud or abusive claims will result in immediate exclusion from the guarantee.
